About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior LED Video Wall Technician to lead the installation, operation, and maintenance of cutting-edge LED video wall systems. With 8–9 years of experience in LED video wall installation, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality visual solutions for our clients, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Setup:
- Lead the assembly, alignment, and configuration of LED video walls for various indoor and outdoor projects.
- Ensure seamless integration of displays with AV systems, processors, and control systems.
2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of LED video walls.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
3. Project Management:
- Supervise and train junior technicians, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to plan and execute installations.
4. Technical Expertise:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in LED display technology.
Provide recommendations for upgrading systems and enhancing performance.
5. Customer Support:
- Address client enquiries and provide on-site or remote technical support when required.
- Conduct client training sessions for system usage and maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 8–9 years of proven experience in LED video wall installation and maintenance.
- Expertise in LED display technology, video processors, and control systems.
- Strong understanding of power systems, network connectivity, and calibration tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.

- Good understanding of MS – Ofiice suite and application of MS POWER POINT, MS EXCEL , MS WORDS
