Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Outdoor Media Marketing Professional with 10–12 years of experience to lead and execute impactful outdoor advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media planning, vendor management, and innovative branding strategies to drive visibility and engagement for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive outdoor media marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify optimal locations and formats for outdoor advertisements to maximize visibility and ROI.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of outdoor advertising campaigns, including billboards, transit ads, street furniture, and ambient media.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure impactful ad designs and messaging.
Market Analysis & Research:
- Conduct market research to understand audience demographics, preferences, and trends.
- Analyze competitor campaigns and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Vendor & Partner Management:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with media vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of advertising assets.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for outdoor media campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Track and report on campaign expenses and ROI metrics.
Compliance & Quality Control:
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company guidelines for outdoor advertising.
- Conduct regular quality checks of campaign materials and installations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness and impact of campaigns.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor and lead junior team members to ensure consistent execution standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and creative departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred).
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in outdoor media marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of outdoor advertising formats and technologies.
